Answers before launching a long VOD.
Understand how Nysos works, its limits and its guarantees before sending your content.
How does Nysos choose clips?
Nysos reads the full transcript, finds high-potential moments, then scores every candidate on hook, flow, value and trend. You always stay in control of what gets published.
Do I need to edit the videos myself?
Not for the standard workflow: Nysos can output post-ready clips with vertical framing, a title and captions. You can still open the editor to fine-tune a cut.
Are YouTube and Twitch links supported?
Yes when the source is accessible. If a platform temporarily blocks downloading, direct video upload remains the most reliable path.
Does Live Watcher consume my minutes?
No. Live Watcher monitors a channel and launches processing when the live ends. The number of available watchers depends on your plan.
Are my videos used to train the model?
No by default. User VODs are used to produce clips for the account, then follow the retention policy. Training data must be explicitly authorized.
Where is the data hosted?
The backend and primary storage run in Europe. Sub-processor and retention details are available in the privacy policy.
What happens if a job finds no good clips?
Nysos avoids forcing weak clips. If the source does not contain enough clippable moments, the job should explain it clearly instead of outputting mediocre content.
