Yes when the source is accessible. If a platform temporarily blocks downloading, direct video upload remains the most reliable path.
Does Live Watcher consume my minutes?
Yes. Live Watcher monitors a channel and launches processing when the live ends: the processed minutes are deducted from your monthly quota, like any other job. The number of available watchers depends on your plan.
