Import the recording
Upload the webinar file or paste the YouTube link if it is already published. A source can last up to 8 hours, which covers long conference sessions.
In a webinar of one hour or more, the few really strong minutes are often buried between the introduction, the housekeeping and the Q&A. Nysos finds them and offers them as vertical 9:16 clips with captions and real silences removed. You upload the recording or paste the YouTube link, pick the excerpts worth keeping, then download them to announce the next webinar or share them elsewhere.

Nysos analyzes the transcript, the audio and the picture, then suggests the best moments. You skip the introduction and the housekeeping, keep a strong passage and adjust its start and end if needed.
Each clip comes out as a vertical MP4 with captions and a short title. Download them one by one or as a ZIP, then use them to announce the next webinar or publish them wherever you like.
A webinar rarely opens with its best part: speaker introductions, ground rules, technical setup. The most useful passages come later, sometimes in the answer to a question. Nysos goes through the whole recording, up to 8 hours, and suggests moments to keep, so you do not have to listen to everything again to find them.
You make the final call: you watch the suggested clips, keep a few and leave the rest. In a clip's page you can adjust the start and the end, or cut out a passage in the middle, such as a tangent. The source stays available for 7 days, or 30 days with a subscription or an uploaded file.
If your webinar is not in English, there is nothing to set: the language is detected automatically during transcription, and titles are written in the language of the video, among French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. That suits an international conference where sessions run in different languages. Each clip then arrives ready to publish with a title in that language.
Webinars have dead time: someone hunting for a slide, a host waiting for questions to come in. Nysos automatically cuts the real silences from each clip, meaning very low sound lasting at least 0.35 seconds with no spoken word. At most 45% of a clip is removed, and captions are re-synced.
Animated captions are added to every clip, word by word, with the spoken word highlighted. Six styles are available (Nysos Pro, Storytime, Punch, Anime, Casual, Clean), or none, chosen in the form, in a preset or later from the clip's page. The text is corrected by AI after transcription, and you can fix it by hand, which helps with a product name or an acronym.
Each clip also gets a short title of 60 characters or fewer, which can serve as the publishing title or appear as a title card during the first 5 seconds. For an excerpt meant to announce the next webinar, it is the place to say what it is about. Edit it in the clip's page, then regenerate the clip.
To put your brand on every clip, save your logo in a preset from the Presets page: PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 3 MB, with transparent margins trimmed automatically. You choose one of four corners (bottom left by default) and one of three sizes: small, medium or large. The logo sits over the whole clip, above the captions and the title.
A preset also stores the caption style, the choice of a publishable title and the flash intro. You set it up once, then apply it to every webinar so the series keeps a consistent look from one session to the next. You can save up to 50 presets, for instance one per webinar series. The logo option is available from the Starter plan.
A short excerpt makes a good announcement for the next session: a speaker, a strong idea, then the invitation to register. Nothing forces you to publish everything at once: keep the MP4 files and release them over the following weeks. Nysos publishes straight to TikTok and YouTube, right away or at a chosen date depending on your plan. For any other channel, download the MP4 files, one by one or as a ZIP, and post them where your audience is.
Whatever channel you choose, clips are always vertical 9:16, the format of TikTok and YouTube Shorts. On the free plan they are rendered in 720p with the “Made with Nysos” watermark, including when you publish from Nysos. For anything that carries your company's name, paid plans remove the watermark, and 1080p starts with the Starter plan.

Yes: a strong excerpt gives a taste of the content. You can publish to TikTok or YouTube from Nysos, or download the MP4 files and post them elsewhere. Nysos publishes directly to those two platforms, and on a free account a published clip carries the watermark.
