Excerpts out while the topic is still current
For a media outlet, an excerpt is worth the most while the subject is still in the news: a guest's answer or a heated exchange matters most around the broadcast. With several episodes a week, cutting by hand becomes the bottleneck. Nysos takes the full recording, up to 8 hours per source, and returns vertical 9:16 clips that you download one by one or as a ZIP.
Every clip gets automatic, animated captions with the spoken word highlighted, and real silences are cut on their own: only pauses where nobody speaks, never a spoken word. The short title of each clip is written in the language of the video, among seven: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. A multilingual newsroom keeps titles that match the show.
A consistent look from one show to the next
A media brand is recognised by its look. On the Presets page you save one preset per show: a caption style among six (Nysos Pro, Storytime, Punch, Anime, Casual, Clean), a publishable title or none, a flash intro or none, and your logo. You can keep up to 50 presets. A preset applies in the clip form, in Live Watcher and in Smart Reframe.
The title is overlaid as a title card during the first 5 seconds of the clip. The logo sits in one of four corners, in three sizes, for the whole clip and above the captions; you upload it as a PNG, JPEG or WebP file of up to 3 MB. Without a preset, Nysos picks a caption style for you, so always pick a preset to keep a steady look.
Live shows, YouTube channels and multi-guest sets
If your show airs live on Twitch or Kick, or is published on a YouTube channel, Live Watcher takes over so that nobody has to paste links. It watches the channel, starts processing when the live ends, and handles new YouTube videos from 3 minutes to 2 hours, with the preset of your choice. It is included in every plan, free included, and one minute of live counts as one minute of your quota.
For a two-person set, split screen switches on by itself when both people are clearly visible: two stacked panels, one face each, captions in the middle on the seam. With three or four people in a wide shot, Nysos groups neighbours into the two panels. You can also reframe by hand in two frames from the clip page.
Editorial control stays with the newsroom
The logic is simple: Nysos suggests strong moments, and the newsroom chooses which ones to keep, corrects them and publishes them. Nothing replaces a human eye on a public statement, especially when a sentence can be taken out of context. From the clip page you adjust the start and the end to the second, cut a passage in the middle, change the caption style, edit the title, then regenerate the clip.
Captions are transcribed automatically, then the text is corrected by AI. Proofread the text before publishing: proper names, guests' names, places, organisations and acronyms. You fix the text from the clip page, then regenerate the clip. For a second review, download the clips (one by one or as a ZIP) and have them approved in your usual workflow before publishing. You then publish to TikTok and YouTube, right away or scheduled, with the visibility you choose.
