Which coaching videos make good clips?
Each format has its own shape. A two-hour live includes greetings, reading messages and thinking pauses, but also much denser passages. A Q&A session is already split into natural units. A face-to-camera YouTube video carries one main message. Nysos analyzes the transcript, the audio and the picture to suggest passages that make sense without the rest of the video.
A masterclass given over a video call works too: export the recording and import the file, since the form accepts YouTube, Twitch and Kick links or an uploaded file. If clients or participants speak in the video, ask for their consent before publishing an excerpt. For one-on-one coaching, favor the passages where you are the one speaking.
Advice, answer, client story: the moments that work
A piece of advice that fits in a few sentences, such as “the rule to apply starting tomorrow”, is the easiest clip to publish. So is the answer to a question people ask you every week: it matches a real search. Check that the clip opens on the idea, not on a warm-up. The editor moves the start and the end by 1 or 5 seconds.
A client's story, always with their consent, makes a different clip: a before, a turning point, an after. For health, nutrition or money coaching, reread each clip before publishing: you remain responsible for what goes out under your name. If a passage in the middle gets in the way, the cut tool removes it, then you regenerate the clip.
On camera, with the sound off: what Nysos does for you
When you talk to the camera, a 9:16 column follows your face frame by frame: you reframe nothing by hand. If two people are clearly visible, for example you and a guest, the screen splits into two stacked panels. When a shot is too hard to follow, the video stays centered on a blurred background.
Animated captions are added to every clip, so it can be followed without sound. The spoken word is highlighted, in one of six styles. The text is corrected by AI after transcription; you can also fix a word from the clip page. Each style comes with its own font and colors, ready to use.
Every clip also gets a hook title of 60 characters at most, written in the language of your video, with one word in capitals. It serves as the publishing title and can show for five seconds at the start of the clip as a title card. You can rewrite it before regenerating the clip.
A publishing rhythm you can keep up
Don't publish everything on the same day. Publishing right away is possible on every plan, but it is better to spread clips out: after a live, keep the ones that stand out, at a pace of one a day for a few days, which stays realistic. With the Starter plan and above, the Planning view lets you schedule each clip, move it or cancel it.
To keep the same look, save a preset: caption style, title, intro and logo. The logo goes in one of four corners, from the Starter plan. The Live Watcher monitors your Twitch and Kick channels as well as new videos on your YouTube channel, then starts processing. It is included in every plan.
